Diesel + Storage Hybrid Power Generation System
This product is a power supply system specially developed for temporary power consumption, emergency power supply, islanding application and backup power protection scenarios. The product takes the genset and energy storage system as the core, combines the energy management system and automation control, with the intelligent operation and maintenance monitoring cloud platform, to provide customers with one-stop, safe, reliable, cost-effective, unattended operation of the power supply solution.
Product features
1. Strong carrying capacity
300KW generator set + 250kW energy storage can be comparable to the carrying capacity of 500~600KW generator set; the energy storage adopts VSG virtual synchronous generator technology, which can realize dynamic synchronization with the generator accordingly and participate in real-time power regulation.
2. Dynamic reactive power compensation
The energy storage system can carry out real-time reactive power compensation, reduce the reactive power occupation of the generator set, realize the output power factor of the generator set of 0.95~0.99, improve the active output capacity of the generator set, and reduce the heat generation of the unit.
3. Automation control
After real-time adjustment of operation strategy according to the load characteristics, the equipment can realize fully automated operation, automatic switching of diesel-diesel hybrid, city-diesel-diesel hybrid, off-grid storage and other modes, and automatic start-stop management of multiple generator sets in parallel.
4. Energy saving, emission reduction & power cost reduction
Through energy storage to cut peaks and fill in valleys, automatic switching of multiple modes and optimization of the oil machine load curve, it can achieve a maximum of more than 30% of the oil saving, and a single NDES500 machine can achieve an annual saving of more than $750,000 in oil costs, which can effectively reduce the emission of carbon dioxide and hazardous substances.
5. High power supply reliability
Through energy storage power adjustment, system automatic operation management, multiple units parallel rotation management, real-time operation remote monitoring, to enhance the reliability of equipment power supply; when the generator set fails, energy storage can be used to support power supply in case of emergency, to ensure the safety of power supply to important loads.
