The Party Branch of Xingchu Energy Technology (Shandong) Co., Ltd. Is Established
On November 5, the founding meeting of the Party Branch of Xingchu Energy Technology (Shandong) Co., Ltd. was held. Ma, the head of the Zhangfan Subdistrict Party Branch, was specially invited to attend and provide guidance. Liu Yong, General Manager of Xingchu Energy, chaired the meeting and introduced the details of the party members.
At the meeting, the head of the Zhangfan Subdistrict Party Branch read out the approval for the establishment and extended congratulations. At the same time, he offered guidance on standardizing grassroots party organization building and outlined pathways for collaborative Party-building initiatives between government agencies and enterprises. He emphasized that the temporary Party branch should serve as a "bridgehead," effectively transforming the advantages of Party building into a driving force for enterprise development.
General Manager Liu Yong introduced that Xingchu Energy currently has 5 officially registered Party members and 8 active candidates for Party membership. The Party membership team is characterized by being "younger, highly educated, and strong in professional expertise," playing a pioneering role in key positions and tackling urgent, challenging tasks. He stated that the temporary Party branch will standardize Party member management, injecting "red momentum" into the company's high-quality development.
Both sides also reached a consensus on joint Party building, agreeing to carry out activities such as policy briefings and themed Party Day events, guided by the principles of "joint organizational development and shared resource utilization." This initiative aims to achieve "two-way empowerment" between government-enterprise Party building and business operations. The secretary of the Xingchu Energy Party branch pledged to promote the deep integration of Party building with production and management, ensuring that the Party flag continues to fly prominently at the forefront of development.
