        Recently, the 500kW/1MWh liquid-cooled energy storage container independently developed by Xingchu Energy Technology (Shandong) Co., Ltd. was officially shipped. It will be applied to the hybrid energy generation project of Terrassenhof Hotel in Germany. The smooth progress of this project marks a further step for Xingchu Energy in the overseas high-end industrial and commercial energy storage market, and also injects new technological vitality into the green energy transformation in Europe.
The 1MWh energy storage container shipped this time adopts a highly integrated design. It integrates the battery system, BMS, PCS, liquid-cooling thermal management and fire-fighting system into one. It has core advantages such as rapid deployment, adaptability to diverse scenarios, and safety and reliability, making it very suitable for flexible configuration and efficient operation in hotel - type composite energy scenarios.

Product Highlights

1.Liquid-Cooling Thermal Management System
      It adopts a design scheme of liquid-cooling unit combined with liquid-cooling plate, which can support multi-mode refined temperature control. This ensures that the battery cells always work in the optimal temperature range, effectively improving the cycle life and operation efficiency of the system. The rated cooling capacity of the liquid-cooling unit is 20kW, and it supports stable operation in a wide temperature range (-30℃~55℃).
2.Three-Level BMS Architecture, Intelligent and Reliable
      It adopts a three-level management system consisting of BMU (slave control), BCU (master control) and BAU (general control). This system can realize comprehensive monitoring and intelligent balancing from the battery cell level to the system level. At the same time, it supports SOC automatic calibration and fault early warning functions.
3.Multiple Safety Protection Designs
      The fire-fighting system is equipped with a five-in-one composite detector (which can detect smoke, temperature, CO, H2, etc.), an aerosol fire-extinguishing device, an acousto-optic alarm device, etc. It can realize the full-process automatic operation of "detection - alarm - fire extinguishing". In terms of electrical safety, it has protective measures such as insulation monitoring, short-circuit protection, and lightning and surge protection.
4.Long Service Life and High Reliability
      The designed service life of the system is up to 20 years. The battery cells have excellent cycle performance and support 0.5P charge and discharge power, which can adapt to application scenarios with frequent charge and discharge.It has a protection level of IP55, an anti-corrosion level of C4, and an anti-seismic level of Grade 7, which can adapt to harsh outdoor environments.
5.Standardized and Modular Design
       The battery PACK, high-voltage box and cluster-level structure all adopt standardized design, which supports quick replacement and maintenance and helps reduce the later operation and maintenance costs.
