Capable of independently completing lithium battery modules PACK、 3D structural design of cabinets and container products, output 2D engineering drawings and BOM tables.
Design product solutions according to customer requirements, including the layout and optimization of the internal spatial structure of the product;
Familiar with the production process and flow of non-standard equipment mechanical processing and assembly.
Understand electrical control theory and collaborate with circuit engineers to complete product design.
Proficient in using 3D drawing software to model and create engineering drawings.
Organize technical literature and write technical documents.
Job requirements:
Bachelor's degree or above, major in mechanical design or related fields;
More than 3 years of work experience in energy storage system structural design;
Familiar with the design requirements of energy storage related products, able to understand electrical schematics, and familiar with safety regulations and standards; Familiar with the design requirements of energy storage related products;
Proficient in operating design software such as Pro/Solidworks, Autocad, etc; Familiar with battery energy storage products, understand the product performance of various lithium batteries and energy storage converters; Understand the electrical and safety requirements in the design of energy storage products;
2. Procurement Engineer
Job Description:
Responsible for the development, review, and management of suppliers for core components of energy storage systems (batteries, BMS, PCS, etc.), optimizing supply chain resources, and coordinating the resolution of delivery and quality issues.
Develop procurement plans, track order execution and inventory management, handle order exceptions, and ensure timely supply of materials.
Analyze the trends in the raw material market, implement cost reduction strategies, lead procurement negotiations, and optimize costs and contract terms.
Coordinate logistics and warehousing operations, manage international/domestic transportation and customs clearance, optimize inventory turnover and supply chain risks.
Collaborate with R&D and quality departments to promote material standardization and supplier quality improvement, optimize supply chain processes and assessment mechanisms.
Job requirements:
Bachelor's degree or above, with a preference for majors in supply chain management, electrical engineering, or materials related fields; Familiar with energy storage system technology and key material characteristics.
More than 3 years of supply chain experience in new energy, power electronics, or manufacturing industries, with practical abilities in supplier development, negotiation, and inventory management.
Proficient in using ERP and supply chain management tools; Understand the market trends and price logic of key materials such as lithium batteries and chips.

3. Analysis and resolution of electrical related issues in energy storage systems.
Job requirements:
Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in electrical or electronic related fields, with over three years of experience in electrical design and development.
Familiar with PCS and transformer electrical principles; Familiar with the internal composition and functional module principles of energy storage systems, including PCS, BMS, EMS, etc.
Familiar with the electrical schematic, electrical structure and characteristics, electrical BOM, BMS communication architecture, thermal management strategy, and fire control strategy of energy storage products.
Understand electrochemical energy storage systems and be familiar with international/domestic product standards related to the energy storage industry.
Have knowledge and experience in implementing power projects, including construction and installation guidance, commissioning, operation, etc.
4. Marketing Manager (Domestic/Overseas)
Job Description:
Develop and maintain domestic or overseas markets, establish and manage relationships between potential and existing customers.
Develop domestic or international market sales plans based on company strategy to achieve sales targets.
Regularly visit customers, conduct market research, collect customer needs, and optimize products and services.
Job requirements:
Bachelor's degree or above, with 3 years of sales experience in Shanghai or overseas, preferably in the new energy industry.
Strong technical understanding ability, able to communicate effectively with customers in technical communication.
Having successful experience in domestic or overseas projects, familiar with the operation of domestic or overseas markets and cultural differences.
Overseas applicants are required to have good English communication skills, and those who master other foreign languages are preferred.
Able to adapt to frequent overseas business trips, with strong sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit.
